Description
Attractive vintage oriental chest ottoman.A lovely oriental ottoman. We date this ottoman to the first half of the 20th century.
The ottoman sits on square section feet.
The ottoman comprises a large lidded box with a small cupboard to the right hand side.
The ottoman has a height of 20" (51cm), a width of 41" (104cm) and a depth of 13.5" (34cm).
This lovely ottoman remains in a good condition with only minor surface markings commensurate with age and usage. There are some indentations on some of the surfaces and edges. There are some old age splits to some of the panels and there are a couple of old repairs. The original lock is missing from the underside of the top panel.
This remains a very stylish and functional ottoman which would function well as a toy storage box or a linen chest etc. It will continue to provide good service for many years to come.
