Description
A lovely pair of oriental display cabinets. We date these display cabinets to the late 20th century.Each cabinet consists of a large display area behind a side opening glass door. There are eight removable glass shelves of various sizes in a staggered arrangement. Below this is a cupboard with one removable wooden shelf. The side opening cupboard doors have a carved circular oriental design and are fitted with drop handles.
These sturdy cabinets are heavy and come in one section.
The cabinets have an overall height of 178cm, a width of 92cm and a depth of 41cm.
This lovely pair of oriental cabinets remain in good solid condition with only minor indentations to the surface commensurate with age and usage. There is a chip on a large glass shelf in one cabinet. There is a small protruding fitting missing on the backplate above one of the drop handles.
This remains a very stylish and elegant pair of oriental cabinets which will continue to provide sterling service for many years to come.
